Updated EU Import Process — Prepaid VAT & Duty

Due to the EU’s new €3 Duty charge applied to all imported parcels, we’ve introduced Prepaid VAT and Duty for many European countries. This ensures:

• No additional charges when your parcel arrives
• Faster customs clearance
• Lower overall cost, as we cover the admin fees

This service is being rolled out in stages across Europe. Currently, it is not yet available in the following countries:

Belgium

Greece

Latvia

Lithuania

Croatia

Czechia

Hungary

Poland

Romania

Slovenia

As each remaining country is implemented, we will update this list and activate the service.
